Royal Palms holiday suites is centrally located in South Hill, Anguilla, a short drive from many of the island's amenities and some of the Caribbean's most spectacular beaches. Our six spacious and comfortable suites are nestled in a quiet oasis of lush landscaped gardens, overlooking the south coast of Anguilla, the Caribbean sea and the mountains of St. Maarten.
 
Tucked away in the Eastern Caribbean, Anguilla is the most northern island in the Leeward Island chain, less than ten miles north of St. Martin and 200 miles east of Puerto Rico, two of our major gateways. We are located just a small step off the beaten path, which helps to protect Anguilla’s character and exclusivity while offering travelers convenience in getting here by air or by sea Approximately 16 miles East End to West End and 3 miles at its widest point, Anguilla is flat, low-lying and comprised of coral and limestone, covered mostly with rock, sparse scrub oak, few trees and some salt ponds. One main road runs through the center of the island, making Anguilla easy to traverse by car in less than a half an hour. Envied for its pure, pristine white sands and wrapped in brilliant turquoise waters, Anguilla boasts well over 33 of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Beach access is public, and beaches are uncrowded.

Wonderful Royal Palms


This is our second stay at Royal Palms which is located centrally in the middle of the island and we would not hesitate to stay again. We were warmly greeted by Dora who showed us to our second floor 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Spotlessly clean,large living space with a full kitchen and a wonderful porch area overlooking St.Martin which provided wonderful breezes.Great WiFi, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels all provided. Thanks Mary and Tracey for sharing your place with our family. Your place is a gem!!!

Home away from home


Mary, Tracy and Dora were the best. They made us feel at home. Any questions or requests were quickly answered and we got good suggestions for restaurants and activities. Rendezvous Bay Beach was the closest and also our favorite. Kitchen had everything we needed and having laundry available was a huge plus. Very quiet neighborhood and only 6 units in the building. If we ever return to Anguilla we would definitely stay here again.

Great Views


We had what was basically a full apartment and full access to laundry. The communication with the host was great and prompt. There is a great view from the second floor and above. The property was located more inland and was in a quiet area.
