The space
You will find DreamSpace Cottage on the first floor of the DreamSpace estate on the eastern tip of Nassau. We are a three-minute walk to the beach. Steps from the beach, you will find the corner of the island and a breathtaking ocean view.
 
The Cottage is a spacious 1400 ft.² home with super-fast WiFi internet throughout. The kitchen comes equipped with all amenities for a long-term stay. A centre island with oak wood countertops sets off the beauty of the space. A stacked washer and dryer complete the amenities for a feature-rich visit.
 
The Cottage has one King bedroom and two queen bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. We furnish every bedroom with all amenities, including a 50-inch HDTV. A workspace with a desk and chair complete each bedroom.
 
We have furnished the living room with a sofa, loveseat, and a 55-inch HDTV. The dining area has a beautiful dark wood table with six chairs in an ocean wave. Wall. Original works of art by local artists grace the walls and spaces of this elegant yet cosy cottage.
 
You will walk out of the front French glass doors onto custom-built walkways. The walkways flow through palm trees to a private swimming pool and cabana. The cabana comes with a grille and a swinging bench.
 
The lush property is secure with a 6-foot concrete wall and Ring doorbells at the gates and garage. Automatic walkways and driveway gates secure the estate entrance. A secondary locking gate leads to the cottage and the sprawling backyard, cabana, and pool.
 
Guest access
As a guest of DreamSpace Cottage, you can access a secure sprawling yard, cabana, pool and cottage. You also have access to the garage that houses a 2012 Prius. Guests that you licensed drivers over 25 years of age are free to use the car.
 
Other things to note
The DreamSpace property is a secure, quiet property with high-speed internet throughout. The main property is accessible through a walkway gate and a driveway gate. An additional entrance on the property leads to DreamSpace Cottage, the expansive yard, the pool, and the pool house.

David and Tammy were amazing hosts! They answered any questions we had right away. Their place was perfect - safe and private yet close enough to anything we needed. The pool and outdoor area was great and well kept. The inclusion of the car came in handy to get around to stores, restaurants and beaches - most of which they recommended! Loved this place!


We just loved this place! No complaints. David was responsive and accommodating. This was our first trip to the Bahamas, and we would definitely stay here again. A great way to experience the island like a local but also go into the downtown with the tourists. It was a great way to start the New Year!

Amazing Views


David and Tammy are phenomenal hosts! Their attention to detail, responsiveness and communication are top notch. I have stayed in many and have never had a host like this! The accommodations are amazing. Just like the pictures. Perfect place for myself and my family to unwind after the holidays. David was extremely flexible with check in as we were delayed due to winter storms in the Midwest. The access to a car was PERFECT! The location of the Airbnb is not near all of the hustle and bustle that is Nassau but with access to a car you are there within minutes. Definitely a trip to remember!

Lovely Stay!


We had a lovely stay at David and Tammy’s. They were fantastic hosts, very responsive and attentive. The pool and landscaping are magical. We spent many relaxing hours there… our toddler, especially, loved the pool toys. (We did have to keep an eagle eye on her as the pool is open with no fence.) The accommodations are very comfortable and inviting. The hosts thoughtfully stocked the fridge with breakfast items and a few of our special requests to start our stay. Though David and Tammy live on the floors above, the entrance is completely separate and the garden and pool are exclusive. We had complete privacy. We also really appreciated the use of the car and found we could comfortably manage driving on the left after a couple of “practice” runs through the neighborhood on the way to the supermarket— a quick 5 minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David and Tammy’s oasis!

Great Host!!


David and his family made our stay an unforgettable one in the best way possible. He was so friendly and helpful even before we stayed in his home. From the moment I booked David was super fast at responding and helping me with any travel questions I had. The house is PERFECT for a family who loves a private pool and hanging out with friends. The house was so clean and THE PERFECT AC that was felt all around the house!! lol Having a car included was so convenient. They made it so easy for us and David even helped with our taxi from and to the airport. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND with hospitality. I’m so grateful for the recommendations he gave because that helped us plan our trip. All this to say if we ever travel back to the Bahamas we will definitely stay at his place again. ??
