Perfect for family


I love the penthouse.... located in a perfect place. Beach and restaurants are nearby. The place is so clean, spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come to this place again.

Enjoyable stay in the heart of it all!


We had a second floor two bedroom apartment. It was spotless with good beds and linens. We wanted to be part of the city rather than an all inclusive resort. The area is a bit gritty but has great character. We always felt safe and were treated kindly by all locals. The beach is very nice. Walking along it provides a chance to see local Dominican beach culture with small bars and cafes. Again, a bit gritty but fun and interesting.

A gorgeous apartment with a fantastic host


It was very spacious & clean with everything that we needed. Leon the host was amazing and gave us some great information and a tour round the area with some good recommendations where to eat out. The cleaners came as often as we requested and did a fantastic job when they did. Every detail about our needed had been thought out and we wanted for nothing. We absolutely loved our stay here and will be visiting again!

This is a really beautiful place


This is a really beautiful place inside and outside, It has a small pool and sitting area. The accommodations were incredibly clean. We were on the 2nd floor and our place included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/showers, a common sitting area with dining room and a kitchen. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very pleasant Yasha. She was at the property every day, provided us with excellent service and definitely made our stay very pleasant. Having been to Punta Cana several times, I would definitely choose this over the overpriced resorts. We were within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Definitely a win win in terms of value, cleanliness and access to everything you need.

Excellent service at The Sanctuary Los Corales


We stayed here for a month and it was a beautiful apartment and the service that came with it was outstanding. We were helped with all manner of things like booking taxis, restaurants and tours of the vicinity. Nothing was too much trouble.The apartment is situated on the edge of the town and the roads leading to the apartment are better than the roads in the town. Expect a lot of potholes here if you are hiring a car. This didn’t detract from the holiday overall as it was very easy walking to places in and around the town and the beach. The apartment was cleaned to a very high standard every 3 days and was a lovely place to stay for the month.
