You will have a comfy private apartment next to the relaxing Botanical Gardens; be able to walk to downtown Kingstown and surrounding areas; and also, to access transportation easily to explore just about everything SVG! You can combine your chosen leisure time with your remote work/study capabilities all in one stay. Your space is exclusive to you with no sharing of amenities. Fast ethernet and 5 GHz WIFI connections are also provided.
 
The space
Our apartment offers an exclusive 320 sq. ft. (28 sq. m) indoor living space where guests have access to all amenities to accommodate a comfortable stay. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a queen bed with linen and pillows for sleeping two persons. The en-suite bathroom offers a hot/cold shower, towels and essential toiletries. A clothes closet with hangers, iron and board is available in the bedroom. A dedicated work station with a RJ45 ethernet cable connection and WI-FI is located in the bedroom area. Our 450 mbps internet plan offers high speeds on devices when the ethernet connection or the 5 GHz WI-FI frequency is used.
 
The exclusive kitchen area (not shared) contains a refrigerator, gas cooker with oven, a microwave oven, electric kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, and essential cookware. Guests have exclusive use of the fully-automatic washing machine which is located in a laundry room just outside of the apartment. Free street parking directly in front of the private gated entrance is usually available.
 
Guest access
Our guests have sole private access to the entire apartment including all amenities provided therein. Guests also have access to their own private entrance and free street parking just outside the entrance.

Alicia is amazing!!! She always checked in on me to make sure i was ok!!!! That was awesome!! I felt like I was at home me and my husband had a great stay no complaints...the neighbors where great as well...I Felt like I found a secret getaway..I will be back sooner than later...THANK YOU AGAIN ALICIA

Loved this !!


Had a great time, lovely place easy access to the city and was able to get food delivered very easily from restaurants in the city. On evenings it was very relaxing watching the sunset from the gallery and enjoying the quite ambience of the place. Definitely would recommend to anyone! Local buses were just a min away yet the area was private and safe really loved this !!!!

Beautiful Apartment


10/10 for me. Love the peace and quiet of the neighborhood along with very spacious and beautiful apartment building. Very clean, secure, inviting and private. Due my work I require a good internet connect but the host had amazing speeds and connectivity (very surprised). I was able to do all my tasks without any problems or disturbances what so ever. The apartment had all the amenities that I needed and I had no complaints at all, the bathroom was clean as well as the kitchen area.

Once again I don't stay anywhere else but by Alicia and her husband. This is probably 4th time staying here The apartment is awesome close to town and in a nice quiet area. I highly recommend the apartment. For me this is like home. I will be bavk for sure. Thanks again for having me!
