If you're looking for a quiet spot on the island that's close to the village this is a great spot. It's a few minutes walk from the busy village. The bedroom has an air con and the living space has a ceiling fan and standing fan as well. There's a full kitchen for those who wants to cook. The pool is on the villa side, accessible through a simple gate. Wifi sometimes can get spotty but if you're here to explore the island, you're barely using it anyways. Cecilia is really responsive, especially through WhatsApp. If you contact her in advance to make any special accommodations, she's very willing. I would recommend this booking!
Honestly, my new favorite place to stay in caye caulker, place was clean and neat. We chose to rent a golf cart while we were there because we got a little lazy. Cecilia was welcoming and informative of our place. Would definitely stay again
Overall great hospitality!! Cecilia and her daughter were very responsive and welcoming. Had a little trouble with the plumbing at check in but they had someone out the next day to fix. Big clean room and great view from the upper deck. Had a great time! Nice spot away from the split, very easy bike ride into town (they let you rent bikes directly from them which was so easy!!!). They also picked us up from the airport which was very accommodating.
