Description

Royalty's Retreat is a secluded villa, surrounded by green scenery and the peaceful sounds of nature. This house is unique in design as the stone work adds remarkable features for taking memorable photos. It is located 5 mins from both the Cabot and Sandals Golf Course. This villa boasts the view of a National Landmark with breath taking sunsets. 10 mins from the popular Gros-Islet fish fry, Reduit beach, Rodney bay night life and the Rodney bay Marina. Our on site tour guide seals the deal!
 
The space
The floor contains 3 extremely spacious bedrooms, each equipped with Air Condition, a ceiling fan, walk in Closet, toilet and bathroom and its very own TV. 280usd covers only 4 persons. Guests must put the exact number of persons on their trip to receive the right pricing. The villa is able to accommodate 8 persons maximum.
 
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire out door area including the patio on the middle floor if they wish to catch the sunset at a higher level.
 
Other things to note
Ask about our airport transfer packages! It is wise to have a vehicle with 4wheel drive as many of the roads are not a smooth drive in St.Lucia. You can also make arrangements with the guide to be driven around or take you on tours.

Amazing Views


I just concluded a family vacation here with four other family members in celebration of my sister’s 50th. The host Lenora was super responsive in helping us to coordinate transportation to & from the airport, tours around the island, restaurants etc. The accommodation itself is super private in the wealthy neighborhood of Cap Estate and about a 5 min drive to Pigeon Island and a 7 min drive into the town area of Rodney Bay!. The villa contains 3 extra large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, living room, pool & a wrap around balcony that offers views of the spectacular landscape of the island & also the sandals golf course! I would definitely stay here again & I 100 % recommend this property!

Great Stay!


My stay at Royalty's Retreat was great. Lenora was friendly and communicative. If you're looking for a private getaway with a beautiful sunset, this is the place to be. Finding the place maybe a bit difficult at first but once you get there you're good to go.

Great Host


Lenora was great host, she provided us recommendations on restaurants and shopping around Rodney Bay Marina. The house was clean and photos are accurate of the property. Everything was in great conditions and beds were comfortable. The only difficulty we faced was finding the house the first time as google maps takes you to a road which is not correct. I think a pdf printout of the directions from the host will help to find the house the first time.

Highly recommend!


Eddie was an exceptional host ! They were very responsive to our needs. The property was spotless, peaceful and very spacious. It’s nearby the best restaurants in Cap Estate. Our hosts were so kind and thoughtful, they brought us a delicious sunday brunch and were very flexible about an early check in ! Highly recommend the space ! Would book another stay there in a heartbeat !
