In an elevated rural position, the superb outlook gives spectacular long distance views over the Wenning valley towards Ingleborough and Pen Y Ghent. The Old Stable is fitted with full oil fired central heating with a multi fuel stove in the living room. The electric, oil, fuel, bed linen and towels are included in the rates. Outside there is a carport for 2 cars and a large enclosed garden with patio area, barbecue and summer house, with outside furniture. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome if kept under strict control. This is a working sheep and beef farm.

The Living Room is tastefully decorated with a wood burning stove surrounded by natural stone. There is a three seater settee which easily converts to a double bed, a two seater settee and an easy chair. There is a television, video and DVD player with a selection of video tapes, DVD's, a CD and radio player, and numerous books and games. The kitchen/dining room features the original slate flag floor and the original Yorkshire cast iron range makes an impressive decorative feature. The pine dining table seats six. Access to the bedrooms and main bathroom are up the stone and wooden stairs from the kitchen. The accommodation includes two bedrooms. One king size double with ensuite shower room. There are drawers and built in wardrobe for storage. The other bedroom has two single beds. There is also a wardrobe and dressing table.
