Facing the Sainte-Anne River, this superb 2,400 sq. ft. log vacation home was built with one intent: to offers the best to its owners and its guests with its radiant heated floors and propane stone fireplace.

On the ground level, you will discover 3 bedroom equipped with Queen beds and patio doors. The largest is the master bedroom, which has a reading corner and a private bathroom with ceramic shower and a therapeutic bath.

A second bathroom featuring a vast ceramic shower is shared by the guests. Also on the ground floor is a vast open-space area, which comprises the living room, kitchen and dining room, which can easily accommodate up to 10 people. This spacious kitchen is well-equipped with two refrigerators.

A beautiful log staircase will lead you to an 18 x 28 feet mezzanine which serves as a dormitory and playroom. This room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, pool table, Internet, card table and two sofa beds (futons). Various family games and books are also available for your pleasure.

Linens and towels are supplied. Propane for the BBQ is supplied for summer residents only. An outside fireplace will leave you with many fond memories of your stay.

Close to a pedestrian and cross-country skiing trail, this peaceful log home is perfect for nature lovers and family reunions.

Our log vacation home village is near golf Grand Portneuf and the Golf des Pins as well as being close to Valcartier vacation village. You will enjoy yourself in the waterparks in the summer and snow sliding on tubes in the winter. There is also a ice village for ice fishing poissons des chenaux in Ste-Anne de la Pérade. Just 50 minutes from Quebec City, the Quebec Carnival and numerous other festivals will keep you entertained. Fishing for walleye on the majestic St-Lawrence River is also offered just 15 minutes from the cottage. All kinds of activities await you throughout the year! Nature at it’s best, just a few minutes from one of the most beautiful cities, Quebec.
