It is my pleasure to welcome you to the "City of Roses", or "Pearl of the West" as it is often called.

This is a large house with room for up to 8 people.  It is located in Chapalita, one of the very well know areas of this large city. This should not be confused with CHAPALA, which is a retirement comunity an hour away from this area of GDL.  It is close enough to all you would want to see in many directions, yet just far enough away from the noise of downtown and other areas. There is a lot to see here in this city, but it is always nice to come home to all of the comforts and amenities you have at home, and a quiet night for the next days adventure.

$350.00 per night,

including maid service.

This is an excellent all inclusive price for up to 8 guests to share. A $500.00-$1,000.00 security & cleaning deposit is required for whole house, or monthy room rentals, depending on number of people and time of stay. Refundable when house is returned in like condition.

Additional Rate details

Depost is refundable one week from departure if house is left in like condition when renting.
