Should you need a recipe we’ve included some cookbooks. There is a washer/dryer in a fully equipped laundry room; jacuzzi tub in master bath; 3 tvs/dvd/vcr; all the linens you will need including a few beach towels; a bucket for shelling; central a/c; handicapped accessibility from the building itself to the walkways to beach and river (including the Dunes Park boardwalk); non- smoking; pets considered; assigned indoor parking along with two adult bikes for your use. The decor is cheerful, affording lovely surroundings for you, and your guests, while vacationing in this most unique resort community. Free wireless internet is available in clubhouse.
Our rate is $2600.00 per month. $100 cleaning fee. 12.5% State of Florida tax.
$500.00 non-refundable reservation deposit becoming a security deposit upon occupancy.
