Ocean views abound as we are located just steps from the beach (130 yards). Our beach house has five bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a large 40 foot sunning deck, outside shower, parking for 4+ cars and a screened porch. Between strolling the beach, relaxing at your private beach house, or soaking up the sun while overlooking the Atlantic, you’ll never want to leave!
The wide, sandy beaches in Corolla are perfect for strolling, shell-collecting, kite flying and sunbathing. The pace in Corolla is perfect for relaxing. Rent bikes or kayaks to explore the Outer Banks area from the Currituck Sound and back to the Atlantic Ocean, or join a tour to get deeper into the wilderness. The world-class golf at the Currituck Club is minutes away, and we are close to putt putt golf, tennis, the movies and go-carts for family fun.
Restaurant and shops are nearby. Corolla’s abundant shopping is casual and fun, with a great array of unique, locally-owned shops. Browse clothing, jewelry, gifts, T-shirts, kites, and grab a coffee or snack along the way. Food and beach essentials are easy to pick up nearby, so you’ll be well prepared to kick back and relax.
We rent the beach house by the week. It sleeps 12, has many extras and is child friendly making it perfect for a family or multifamily vacation. Weekly rates range from $800 to $2500 depending on the season. Two week rentals can take an additional $100 off the total. Hurricane insurance, early checkin at 2 PM and cleaning are included. The only additional fee is the 14% NC Tax.

This was our third year at the house and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accomodations are great and we feel like we are at home. The walk to the beach is short and the beach is not crowded. The deck is our favorite spot to sit and enjoy the evening after a day in the sun or visiting the nearby lighthouses.
My family and I recently stayed at Kellys Beach Retreat, and our stay was fabulous. The house was very inviting and it had all the comforts of home! I was alittle apprehensive at first with it not being ocean front, but the walk to beach was easy, simple and even my 2 year old had no problems with it! My family and I come to the OBX every year, and we have definatly found our new vacation rental home. We will be back again next year, thanks for a great week!!
We are a group of friends who started coming to the OBX over 25 years ago and we stayed at Kelly\'s Beach Retreat for 3 nights. It was wonderful. The cottage is large, clean and in a quiet location, but not too far from shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with the cost. Another great feature was the late check-out time on Sunday so we didn\'t have to pack and leave in a rush. Glenn Kelly was very helpful and easy to contact by e-mail or phone. We are planning to return in the spring.
