Uniquely located on the edge of a tranquile park, yet only a short stroll to Edinburgh\'s city centre and all the main attractions (as well as within walking distance of the fashionable \'Shore\' area of Leith - Edinburgh\'s port - where the Royal Yacht Britanni is berthed), our lovely 2-bedroomed Vacation Home Rental Park Apartment has exclusive access to the Palladian staircase entrance, at the top of which are double oak doors and a small portico south-facing seating area, which is a delicious sunspot overlooking the whole park. On warm days and balmy evenings, you can fling open the doors and relax outside with a book and a glass of wine. Outfitted with a beautiful mix of antique and modern furnishings,

Living-room has lovely leather sofas, a recessed window-seat as well as a dining area just inside the entrance, where you can eat with the doors open - a wonderfully comfortable, sunny room. Allocated dining area with seating for 4, wooden flooring, real flame-effect fire, bookcases, coffee-table, 2 double leather sofas, reading lamps, dimmer overhead lighting, and recessed window-seat with panoramic park views.

Double bedroom: mirrored double-fitted wardrobe with wooden hangers, dressing-table with drawers, bedside cabinets and touch-activated bedside lamps, controllable electric heater, dimmer overhead lighting, and, from the bed, relaxing views of the birch tree swaying outside the window.

Single bedroom: chest of drawers, wardrobe with wooden hangers, controllable electric heater, dimmer overhead lighting and dual-aspect windows, one of which is a charming picture window overlooking the park. Both bedrooms are fully carpeted.

Bathroom: up-to-the minute fittings and fully-tiled, luxurious, deep bath, heated towel rail, shower & glass shower screen over bath,  electric shaver point.

Kitchen: slate flooring, clothes washer/dryer, microwave, hob & oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, with all the utensils you will require.
