All Seafood that reaches our Kitchen to your table is fresh. Our Standards of fresh seafood for example are King Salmon caught just hours before it is prepared. Halibut supplied direct from the fisherman. Alaskan grown Oysters handpicked from Oyster Alaska’s remote sight in Southern Southeast Alaska. Alaskan Spot Prawns harvested by the owners of Rocky Bay Lodge during the winter commercial fishery. Locally caught Dungeness crab, Bering Sea King Crab cooked to perfection.
