Each suite measures 16 by 16 feet with individual attached private bathroom/showers- 8 by 12 feet. The great room measures 28 by 36 feet, and opens into the spacious kitchen, creating an open concept living area. There are two lower levels to be completed in the future.
Summerwind is nestled in the rustic village of Boscobel, St Mary Parrish. Built on a hillside property about a mile from the Caribbean Shore, this home offers unparalleled views of the vibrant sea. Upon arriving, you will find yourself in a secret paradise with Casablanca fans enhancing the fresh warm breezes, surrounded by large windows with screens open to the sea.
The area is newly developed and still quiet, except for the evening songs from the tree frogs. Stars look as though you can touch them, with or without the mounted telescope. The veranda circles to the back of the home, and is 30 feet above ground level for constant shade and breeze, offering a place for solitude and reflection. Or you may prefer to relax on the sun deck, basking in the warmth of the Jamaican climate.
