Description

With Benwisken and the Dartry mountain range to one side and The Atlantic to the other, this really is a wonderful part of the country to visit. Whatever you're doing - surfing, hillwalking, fishing, or simply looking around - you're in the right place. The cottage was originally a traditional 3-roomed farmhouse, now modernised & extended. It's located in a small cluster of older homes in the North Sligo countryside, private and peaceful, with its own character. Somewhere relaxing to 'come home' to. You can feel at home for the duration of your stay. Come and go as you please. The house is in an ideal location for having a look around the area, if you are bringing a car. Situated equally between Bundoran, Sligo and Manorhamilton, there are lots of possibilities.

If you wish to stay around the house, you're welcome. There's no real need to do anything else once you get here. Stay in the room. Sleep all day. Stay out. Cook a big meal. Cook a small meal. Eat nothing. Stand in the garden.  Collect twigs for the fire. Walk. Surf. Swim. Cycle. Get your mandolin out. Relax. Note that things here don't have labels, instructions & notices on them. There are no rules. If you can't see something in the kitchen, you'll have to look in the cupboards. Just treat the place itself 'as if it were your own'. And make your own breakfast...
