This flat boasts a lovely and totally private terracotta tiled-terrace (50 sqm) providing a wonderful spot to relax or dine outside while enjoying the splendid scenery. The terrace has garden furniure, BBQ facilities and fireplace. The holiday flat covers 70 sqm and has a spacious livingroom with heaps of character and tasteful furnishings: three-seater sofa, arm chair, a dining table with 6 chairs, a wood burning fireplace and stunning panoramic views. The compact kitchen area is equipped with stove and oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The flat has a washing machine, satellite TV, a wall safe, two fans and a metered telephone. Bed and bath linen are supplied and there is a covered parking place. On a loft on top of the livingroom there is a queen-sized bed ; two extra bunkbeds are in a separate bedroom. There are also 2 bathrooms: one master bathroom with bathtub and shower and a small bathroom with shower.
