Apartment Marmont is located in the beautiful art deco building at the heart of historic Split where one can feel vibrancy of this extraordinary imperial city. The name given is that of a nearby Marmont street which leads vertically onto the seaside of the city’s harbour.

The building is next to the famous Diocletian Palace from the UNESCO World Heritage list, in the very centre of the Split Summer Festival events. Otherwise Split is the city which lives intensely all year long and is one of the most particular and praised cities in Croatia.

Apartment’s position in the hub of  this glorious city and its full comfort offers the enjoyment and relaxation to its guests. With atractive furniture, airy space, modern appliances - equipped with flat screen TV, wireless internet, air-conditioning, kitchen and bathroom utilities - and appraised modestly, it’s delightful to live in. Regarding details of its feature - it’s 40 m2, recently and fully renovated flat on the third floor, with a long balcony open towards Croatian National Theatre, with the spacious sleeping and living rooms, modern kitchen and bathroom. It is of  the ideal size for the families, couples or groups. All most important city spots and locations are at the hand of its guests, so that those intended on enjoying Split Roman-Mediterranean and mystical atmosphere, are ideally located here.

1. By plane (using a taxi)

Upon arrival to Split airport you can take a taxi (price max. 40 euro) to the last station National Croatian Theatre.

Or your second option is to take Croatia Airlines shuttle bus (4 euro per person) and go out at the last station then follow direction from pictures

2: By plane  (Using Croatia Airlines shuttle bus)

When you go out at the last shuttle bus station, you will walk along the see and you will have to pass near by Diocletian palace. At that moment you will be on the pedestrian zone called RIVA. At the end of RIVA, turn to the right and you will enter in another pedestrian street named MARMONTOVA. After 100 meters on the left side you there is a small square with couple of cafes, department store MANGO & ZARA and a huge yellow building. .( NOTE: Dont go to the end of street Marmont because you will come to the Croatia National theatre ) When you come in front the door of the building, on the left side there is an interphone. On the top of it is a button with surname ELEZOVIC, press it and that is it (it will take 5 min walking)

Smoking in apartment is not allowed except at balcony.

NOISE AND CONDUCT

It is expressly forbidden to make loud noises from 23 to 8 hrs. 

SAFETY:

Children on the premises must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 

Candles may not be burned in bedrooms. Candles used in common areas must be attended at all times.

All appliances, except refrigerators, must be turned off before leaving the unit.
