The cottage has 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, suitable for 1 or 2 families. There is a bath and shower room, a kitchen (including electric cooker with fan oven, microwave, fridge freezer with drinks dispenser and a dishwasher) and a fully equipped utility and washing room (containing a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron). The basement room has been re-developed into a fun games room, with darts, a FREE play fruit machine, football table and a near full sized pool table. To the rear of the house there is a large garden, which is mainly laid to lawn, and a large shed, which has four bikes, garden furniture and Barbeque Equipment. The garden is private which is ideal for barbeques, gatherings and out-door games, such as badminton, volleyball and boules. Barbeques and furniture have been provided for your leisure. The cottage has a large double garage for secure parking, and off road parking for two more cars.
