The A-frame located at the Sickman's Mill property has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and will sleep 8 - 12 people comfortably. It includes 2 large decks for outdoor enjoyment as well as access to the rest of the mill property for fishing, kayaking and canoeing (bring your own equipment). Lots of movies (no cable or satellite) and board games available for those relaxing days. Central air, central heat, linens and bath towels provided. Perfect for church retreats and scouting events. No pets and no smoking allowed.
The first floor includes a large rec room with a queen sleeper sofa and futon, full bath (shower), large laundry room and bedroom with queen size bed. The second floor has a living room, dining area and kitchen, a full bath (tub and shower), and a bedroom that includes a twin bed and a full/twin bunk bed.
