The town-house is located in Sea Beach Estates were a three minute stroll will take you our nearest beach. It is a two bedroom vacation rental with two and a half bath town-house newly renovated to a high standard with all new appliances and furnishings throughout, both bedrooms have balconies and en suite bathrooms.
Ideally situated only 15 minutes from the airport, no need to rent a car catch the number 10 bus, only a three minute walk from the house for $1.75 to access anywhere on West Bay Street, Sheraton Beach Resort, Crystal Palace Casino, Breezes, buy a day pass at Breezes for $60 to access all their beach facilities including food and drink for the day & night time entertainment, Cable Beach, Arawak Cay, Sandals, world famous white sandy Cable Beach offers the opportunity to enjoy jet skiing and paragliding.
If you prefer a larger beach Sandy Port is a 10 min walk.... here we have the Beach Hut, a charming and popular eating place that can be accessed directly from the beach should you feel the need of some refreshment while working on your tan.
