It is bright and spacious and its floors are made of cotto, the terracotta tiles typical of tuscan homes. It has a big living room with sofa and it opens out into a terrace with garden chairs and table. There are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in elegant ceramic tiles and a rustic kitchen designed and built by Guido’s own hands. All bedrooms and bathrooms have windows and have panoramic views of the Chianti.: Full kitchen ( refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery), satellite tv, internet connection, indipendent heating, garden chairs and table.
The above mentioned rates are divided according to the season and are per accommodation. If the minimum rental stay is 7 days, arrival and departure dates must be on Saturday. When the minimum rental stay is less than 7 days, then arrival and departure dates can be flexible (on any week day). If so, the price per night is mentioned under the column \"daily\".
All extra charges(mentioned for each property) are not included in the rental price and must be paid on site at your departure to the owner or to his/her representative.
