The Villa Delfo is in Versilia, on the beach, next to the Tuscany. If you are not familiar with Versilia Beach area, it is perhaps the most popular, and well maintained, beach in Tuscany.
Envision your own private balcony overlooking a beautiful beach. The optimal 180 degree view is breathtaking. The moving doors to the balcony open completely so the beach becomes part of your living area. The bed faces the ocean so at night, with the windows open, you'll feel like you are lying on the beach, and the sound of the lake will lull you to sleep.
The first bedroom has four beds that can be relocated together to make two king beds. The master bedroom has a sitting or dressing room with ample closet space, chairs, a queen bed, large ceiling fans and extra floor fans.
The kitchen has been entirely remodeled is fully equipped and ready for cooking. The kitchen opens to a large cozy dining/living room with cable television, a stereo system with IPod docking and large ceiling fans.
Located near to town makes access to restaurants, coffee shops and groceries an easy walk.

Payments: A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 42 days before the start of the rental period. In case of booking made less than 42 days prior to the start of the rental period the holiday-maker must pay the total amount of the rental rate in one solution.
