This beautiful oceanfront property is set in the spectacular luminescent Lanusei. We are nestled in a secluded bay off of the Lanusei surrounded by lush tropical foliage.
Three bedrooms and all have one queen and two twin beds high risers, large sliding door closets, AC, and wall fans. The bathrooms are fully tiled and fitted with new fixtures.
Domus Tegas is decorated with beautiful art and handicrafts. The kitchen has a stainless-steel side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washer-dryer combo and is completely equipped with new home appliances, cooking utensils and dining ware.
Covered secured parking garage with elevators and carts is available for your convenience. And yet minutes away you will get some of the best area nightlife, fine restaurants, shopping, golf courses and a host of other interesting attractions.
Domus Tegas vacation rental rates of this house are $290 per week. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms: Within 7 days after receiving our confirmation on your booking request you have to pay 30% of the total rent deposit. On arrival at your vacation home, the balance due has to be paid to the owner.
Cancellation 9 months to three weeks time before arriving 30% of the total rent payable. If canceled less than the above term is 50% of the total rent payable.
Regarding a withdrawal of your booking in case of serious illness, we can make an agreement that only 15% of the total amount will be paid from your side. Although when demonstrable with an authentic and signed medical certificate (no copies), which can be sent to us for further verification.
Price of final cleaning: 50 Euro.
The marked week rate is meant for two persons to four persons. An additional person has an extra charge to pay of €35 per week. Up to a maximum of five people.
