Home offers exquisite ambiance. The master suite is in the principal home. It contains a large walk in closet, King bed and master bath. Master bedroom has a king bed and not long ago remodeled master bath. The home has two more suites, each with full bath, TV, air conditioning, VCR and patio.
Domus Deiana will sleep seven very comfortably. It is difficult to pass up the magnificent evening wind, the intensive view and the sound of the waves failing on the beach below.
The bungalow features a huge living room, dining room and full kitchen which include a complete stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, side-by-side freezer with water and ice accessory, washer/dryer, and large pantry.
Activities involve world class golf, superb fishing, scuba diving, four wheelers, surfing, sailing, tennis, sunset cruises, jogging. Discover our own exclusive beach with tide pools rich in marine life.
Domus Deiana vacation rental rates $775 per week. Multiple night rates are offered upon request.

Payment Terms: Within 7 days after receiving our confirmation on your booking request you have to pay 30% of the total rent deposit. On arrival at your vacation home, the balance due has to be paid to the owner.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 9 months to three weeks time before arriving 30% of the total rent payable. If canceled less than the above term is 50% of the total rent payable.
Regarding a withdrawal of your booking in case of serious illness, we can make an agreement that 15% of the total amount will be paid from your side. Although when demonstrable with an authentic and signed medical certificate (no copies), which can be sent to us for further verification.
Price of final cleaning: 50 Euro.
The marked week rate is meant for two to four persons.
Each additional person has an extra charge to pay of €50 per week. Up to a maximum of seven persons.
