The master bedroom features a king sized bed, lanai access with beach views, flat screen wall mounted cable TV, walk in closet and master bathroom access. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and flat screen cable TV. Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
Everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable will be provided from our fully equipped kitchen including serving utensils and dinnerware and microwave, to linens, towels, TVs, VCR, DVDs, stereo, and more!
Domus Comide 1 is in a quiet location, just a short stroll to shopping, dining, marina and golfing.
Bookings are available for both weekly and monthly rentals. Domus Comide 1 vacation rental rates $700 per week.

Payment Terms: Payment Terms: Within 7 days after receiving our confirmation on your booking request you have to pay 30% of the total rent deposit. On arrival at your vacation home, the balance due has to be paid to the owner.
Cancellation: Cancellation 9 months to three weeks time before arriving 30% of the total rent payable. If canceled less than the above term is 50% of the total rent payable.
Regarding a withdrawal of your booking in case of serious illness, we can make an agreement that only 15% of the total amount will be paid from your side. Although when demonstrable with an authentic and signed medical certificate (no copies), which can be sent to us for further verification.
The apartment is meant for four persons, two bedrooms are available. Though a fifth person will come with, this one could sleep in the sofa-bed in the living room.
An Additional fifth person is welcome but has to pay an Amount of € 45 per week. As endcleaning fee you have to pay an extra charge of € 50.
Energy Costs and air conditioning are included. Kitchen, Bath, bed linen are included. No taxes. Own parking.
