Here you can rediscover the authentic atmosphere of a truly simple and relaxing way of life. It is easy to find and well connected to the main regional road network. This helps make it the ideal destination for a relaxing holiday for anyone in search of health and fitness, but also for those interested in Umbrian traditions and specialities, art and the typical beauty of the famous Umbrian and Tuscan hill-top villages. Just a short car ride away guests can visit the historically famous towns of Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Montepulciano and Cortona, or simply take a trip around the delightful countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno.
Le Terre di Isa farm house offers 6 double–triple Rooms and 2 independent Apartments.
All the Rooms have panoramic view, en-siute bathroom, minibar, coffee corner, air conditioning or/and ceiling fan.
All Apartments have independent entrance, 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen facilities, fire place, furnished garden, independent heating system, kitchen bath and bed linen. Both accessible for disable people.
Guests can choose their accommodation from a variety of tastefully decorated rooms and apartments that have been carefully renovated using original materials and antique furniture; 6 double/triple Rooms and two small Apartments, both of which can sleep up to 5 people. All rooms are furnished with en-suite bathroom with either bath or shower, fans or air-conditioning and fridge-bar. What’s more, the rooms are equipped with a small cooking area with electric hobs and everything you need to prepare a relaxing tea or coffee.

In order to cancel a reservation and obtain a refund of the entire amount paid by way of deposit, it is sufficient for you to send, even by e-mail info@leterrediisa.com or fax +39 075 8476296 a written notice at least 15 days before the date for which the reservation has been made.In the event of cancellation of the reservation within the envisaged term or of no-show, the hotel shall withhold the entire amount of the advance deposit and the booking shall remain available for those nights paid for with the advance deposit.
