The cottage is rustic stone farmhouse situated in the South East of Britanny, in a quiet rural area between Chateaubriant and Vitre in a picturesque village.
This farm is built with stone, straw, mud and wood. It is 300 years old.
It is a beautiful house in a quaint village with 6 acres of land surrounding.
It is an ideal location to visit Brittany, Normandy, The Loire Valley by car or escape noisy cities and pollution.
Le Breil is 3 KM away from Martigne Ferchaud with it's church, Boulangerie, restaraunt and supermarket. It is 2 hours 30 minutes from Paris by TGV fast train. It is a region full of chateaux and fortresses.
The House:
Has an open plan kitchen, living area and dining space combined together with a fireplace. The kitchen has a gas cooker, an extra electric oven on working bench, dish washer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and televsion.
There are three bedrooms and can accomodate 5 to 6 people.
Bedroom no 1. has its own private entrance, a fire place, a bidet, a wash basin and a double bed.
Bedroom no 2. is spacious, has a double bed, wash basin and bidet.
Bedroom no 3. is smaller, has a double bed and is located next to the bathroom.
All bedrooms are located on the ground floor as there are no stairs.
There is 1 bathroom only. The living area is 100 square meters.
