Big glass-enclosed lanai, spacious living-room and bedroom all dominate the white-sand beach full of shells to accumulate. Master suite has large walk in closet, a king size bed, complete bathroom, bath and two individual mirror. The sitting room includes a product leather convertible queen-size couch bed for added sleeping space.

Unit is entirely refurbished and is stylishly furnished. The toilet, joined to both bedroom and livingroom, includes a glass enclosed shower, double sink mirror and includes all sheets and towels. You'll feel at home when you enter a device bathed in light. Your kitchen is completely furnished with all devices.

The component has central AC, an available thermostat, marble tiled floors, a king mattress with numerous models of high-count 100% cotton linens, a washing machine/dryer, fans in both lanai and room, a 36' LCD flat-screen TELEVISION w/DVD and full-HD programming within the living space, a room TV, and shades on all windows.Wi-Fi in unit.

The Club's pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable employees provides suggestions on restaurants, specialty shops, nearby golfing, fishing (Boca Grande may be the tarpon capital of the planet), shopping to the landmass, football spring training places and on quite a few other activities and places of interest. Boca Grande (officially called Gasparilla Island) is found off the south-west coast of California.

Despite it is little dimension (7 kilometers long plus a half of a kilometer broad), there's a wonderfully enchanting city to the island with superb shopping, several quite excellent restaurants, boat trips, clean shrimp boat, Yoga/Pilates health spa, trendy cafe and plenty of shore birds to see.
