Conveniently located just minutes away from everything you want and need via walking or the Metro Station located two blocks from the residence.  This apartment's highly secure and tranquil layout as well as modern design, in a location offering the ideal balance of comfortable residential, convenient commercial, and safe entertainment living set the stage for a memorable visit to Washington, DC.  
 
Safety: 
Designed with a focus on security, visitors will feel safe and secure day and night on the well light street with large sideways.  Each tenant is given their own individual access code, which is generated on the combination code entrance lock and only valid during the period of their stay.  This ensures only the current occupants will have access to the property and their is no risk of others duplicating keys so access can be obtained later.  The property is equipped with a 24 hour exterior surveillance monitoring system that records, captures and tracks external activity.  The apartment's dual entries provide enhanced security by inserting two locked doors between the exterior element and the secure safe apartment.   All exterior windows are also equipped with a security system to ensure the safety of you and your belongings.  The multi-residential property also contains an owner occupied apartment so there is always someone readily available to address any concerns as well as act as a concierge, offering recommendations on how your visit may be utmost enjoyed.

Accessibility:
DC Metro which has a station within two blocks offers the utmost of convenience in transportation.  U Street/African-American Civil War Memorial/Cardozo Metro Station is a stop on the Green and Yellow Metro Lines and  is short walk from T Street Base of Ops.  Via DC Metro rail or taxi DC's Union Train Station or National Airport are within 10 minutes away and offer convenient public methods of accessing the city.   Once in the city, transportation by taxi, metro rail, metro bus service, car sharing like RelayRides or Zipcar, and vending community bike services like Smart bike all offer low cost public transportation options.  It is recommended that public transportation options be fully explored before opting to drive into the city.  I offer my 2011 Mini Cooper Clubman for rent for $8.80 per hour or $44 per day, see Earl's MINI for details .  Should you decide to drive the apartment is a straight route off I395 requiring only one left turn.  Public street parking is an option which can be time consuming as there are many rules to be obeyed in order to avoid parking situations. There are several close by private parking options that can be explored at an additional cost of approximately $15 per day.
 
Ideal Usage: 
This apartment represents the best value for someone visiting DC for a period longer than one or two nights and wants to experience the city in the midst of the action. Ideal for a couple, family with small children, extended stay work assignment, girls trip / boys get away, or any reason to spend time in Washington DC.
