This apartment has a private double bedroom, an open mezzanine bedroom above the living room with 2 single pull-out sofa-beds, and a comfortable double sofa-bed in the living room itself, allowing a maximum of 6 guests to stay here.

It is located in the historical Graça neighbourhood, in an area full of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, and close to the tram and bus stops for excellent transport options in to the centre of Lisbon and beyond. From here it is a short walk to 2 spectacular viewpoints (the Miradouro da Graça, and the Miradouro da Senhor do Monte) and also to the sights and sounds of the Alfama old town area of central Lisbon.

The living room is bright and spacious, and includes a modern flatscreen TV (wih cable channels), wi-fi Internet, stereo and a large sofa which folds-out to provide a comfortable sleeping space (196cm x 200 cm) for two guests. Garret windows open to give access to a front terrace with views of the Graça district and towards the river.

In one corner of the living room there is a dining table and chairs, and here we can also find the stairs leading up to the mezzanine floor, which comprises an open space bedroom with 2 single pull-out sofa beds (195 cm x 82 cm) for two further guests

Down the corridor, we find a bedroom with double bed (165 cm x 200 cm). There is also a complete kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, washing and dryer machine and dish washer, and a clean and modern bathroom with bathtub and shower unit. In winter, the property is heated with portable electric heaters.

From the kitchen, it is possible to access the back terrace, a lovely space where it is possible to sit outside and enjoy the views over the hills of Lisbon.

This charming property is located in the Graça district, close to excellent transport facilities (tram and bus), making it very easy to get to all the central areas of Lisbon and beyond. The famous 28 tram stops here, as do other other bus lines.

It is very easy to walk to the Castle from here, in just 10-12 minutes. The Cathedral is a short walk beyond the Castle and then you are in the very centre of Lisbon.

Nearby there are many forms of traditional commerce, with shops of every possible description offering all you may need during your stay, as well as cafes and restaurants aplenty. From here it is possible to walk to Alfama, the National Pantheon, two very impressive viewpoints, the Castle, Cathedral and beyond to the heart of Lisbon.
