On the same floor on the other side of the house you find another bed room with bath room. Upstairs you find two bed rooms with both a bath room. Separate toilet. From the kitchen and living room there is a direct access to the second outside living space. A large covered terrace with beautiful outdoor furniture. Next to the terrace you find a large overflow swimming pool, fully fenced. It is a very private location on a plot of 5.000 m2 (fenced) and no overlooking neighbours. All rooms have airconditioning. The backyard offers a separate guest house with 2 double beds and shower room and seperate toilet. Suitable for 2 to 3 persons.

It is also an ideal departure point for excursions; perched villages, towns famous for artwork, museums and craft-centers nearby. Only 30 minutes from Cannes and only 40 minutes from Nice airport.
