Villa Yellow is a villa for rent on the sea in Salento, located in Diana Marina seaside resort: a strategic point to reach the historical center of Ostuni, the White City and other famous places of Salento to visit during your holidays. The villa is about 200 metres far from a small beach, on the characteristic coast of the Adriatic Sea, where the sea cliff alternates with nice small and medium sandy beaches, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub.The detached villa located on the ground floor and is on corner position; disposes of private garden on its front and right sides.The large covered and equipped veranda, to have lunch and relax on the open, overlooks the garden.
The prices do not include the costs of electricity, water and gas (weekly forfeit 25,00 Euros). A prepayment of 40,00 Euros is required for the villa cleaning the owners will do at the end of the rental period.
On request the owners provide laundry (guests should ask for this service before arrival).
Price: 15,00 Euros a person for every requested change.
To confirm your reservation, a 30% prepayment is requested and the remaining 70% has to be paid on cash at the arrival.
In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of 100,00 Euros is requested. The deposit will be refund at the end of the rental period (except in case of damages).
REMAINING PERIODS - except holiday periods
Reservations in July and August have to be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks, or the last two weeks of the month. Otherwise, it is possible to reserve for three consecutive weeks. During the two weeks including the 15th August (national holiday), guests have to pay 10% more.
