The park contains 365 acres of red, black and white mangroves along with large open areas of marshlands with all the conveniences of still being close to town.
This adorable and affordable fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath Vacation Rental Home is a mere 2 minutes to the river and is just minutes from shopping, beaches, islands, restaurants, hospitals, day tripping or whatever, many amenities are convenient to this location. Coral Pointe is rented by the week or month with utilities included. No extra fees for guests up to 6. The setup of the home with a pocket door creates two suites on each side of the home.
Cape Coral has more navigable canals than any other city in the world!!! That is why they call it "The Waterfront Wonderland" and with the natural views from this home it is like being away from it all - Four mile ecological Park has Canoe and Kayak Rentals available on weekends from November until mid-May, weather permitting. From the riverfront launch-site you can paddle into Four Mile Cove and explore the many tidal creeks. 2 hour, 1/2 day and full day rentals are available.
Wildlife that may be seen include daily manatee shows, dolphin, eagles, various herons and egrets, otters, raccoons, woodpeckers, and migratory birds. As well as alligators, pelicans, osprey, white ibis and ducks. Two boat launching ramps are nearby.
Easy access via the Mid Point Bridge to the SW Florida International Airport within 25 minutes. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island via the Cape Coral Bridge is within 20 minutes. Restaurants, doctors, services and shopping is at the end of the street, it would be difficult to find a more convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. The 10 ceilings, three 8 clear door openings into the lanai brought the outside in. The Eco Reserve and boat channel made for a relaxing retreat! The home is fully equipped with every cooking need and all the beach items! The home is close to shopping, convenient stores, restaurants,and beaches. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, watching the mullet fish jump, dolphins and boats in the channel.
This was our first rental online and we were very pleased. A lovely home thoughtfully provided with lots of the essentials required for a fairly short stay. Comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhood in easy reach of lots of activities. We enjoyed the Lanai many evenings. Debra was a welcoming and attentive host who quickly found an appliance we needed but otherwise left us alone to enjoy her house.
