EDGEWATER: Great Home, nicely decorated. Very comfortable for your family's vacation. 4 Bedrooms plus an office with a murphy bed and 2 baths. The bedrooms have a king in master, (2) guest bedrooms with Queen beds and the other guest bedroom has Twin beds. There is a computer in the Den/Office with a Murphy bed. Pictures do not give you the full feel of this home. Note: No lift use. Free wifi.

A walk-on pass for $140 can be issued for a rental period of 30 to 59 days, depending on the lease agreement. This pass will allow you to walk to the beach at 130 South Collier Boulevard. (Parking only for residents or disabled at this location). In addition, you will be granted parking privileges at MICA?s Sarazen Park at 930 Swallow Avenue.
