The home’s layout is perfect for watching the fun going on in the pool area from the living room, dining area and kitchen! The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to feel at home; both a Kuerig coffee maker and a Mr. Coffee coffee maker, cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware. There is even a fully-equipped laundry room for your use, complete with an ironing board and iron. We even supply the dishwasher soap and laundry soap!
 
Relax in the private, south-western facing, private pool and spa, after your long day at the theme parks! This home offers an extra large rear yard, 6 foot high privacy fenced lot with plenty of running room for the kids or pets (2-3 pet maximum / no size restrictions). The covered Lanai is complete with deluxe patio furniture and a safety screen for your small children’s safety. There is a gas grill for your use should you decide that grilling out is the plan for the evening’s meal. Catch up on your emails with FREE Turbo High Speed WIFI, all you need to do is hook up your laptop and sign-in!
 
There are several great restaurants without even having to go into highway traffic! Some of the great restaurants in the area are Red Lobster, TGIF, Buffalo Wild Wings, Outback Steak House, Giordanos’ Pizza, Cracker Barrel and Carraba’s Italian Cuisine. There is also a full service grocery store with a great deli, Mini-golf, an urgent care facility and a Walgreen’s Drug store in the same area.

Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. or after Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. or before
A reservation deposit of 25% is required to hold your dates. Balance of rental due 60 days before your stay.
Pool is heated September - May. Spa heated year round.
Pet fee is a flat $150 plus tax for 2 pets .  NO weight restrictions – We LOVE big dogs! Ask if you have more than 2 pets. 
If you pay in full at time of booking, we offer $100 off (per week) your stay.
Minimum stay requirement is seven (7) days although if you are looking for a last minute get-away (within the next 30 days) we may give you a discount off the daily rate and allow stays shorter than seven (7) days.

Additional Rate details

Pets are welcome, $150.00 flat fee for your stay.

Fantastic House


My family has stayed in one of Sue\'s houses for 2years now. The house is just like the pictures. We have 2 small dogs that was with us. The back yard is amazing it is so much larger than other houses. The privacy fence and pool with the spa was nice after a day at the parks. Close to Disney, Universal, restaurants, and stores. I would highly recommend this house. The house is well maintained and clean.Sue it is great working with you to rent your houses.

Spacious and very clean


Everything about this rental was excellent. The yard was enclosed and extremely spacious. Compared to the houses around you were in your own island. This rental allowed pets which was great, I was able to take both my furry children which was amazing. The place was extremely clean when we arrived and you never would have known it was pet-friendly. It was that pristine. Everything that was advertised exceeded expectations. The pool and house were beautiful. I want to thank the owner for allowing pets into her home and would recommend and vacation there again.
