Sunset Reef Villa is set in it's own private grounds just 150 metres from the fabulous Grafton beach, a great location for your vacation holiday. You know where you would rather be at this moment in time, yes, on the Paradise Island of Tobago, relaxing and away from it all.
 
Just imagine you are sat in the gazebo at Sunset Reef Villa looking out at panoramic sea views, sipping on your favorite tipple, relaxing and watching the day go by. You can hear the mesmerizing soft sounds of the Caribbean waves lapping the golden sands just 150 metres away from you. Or you could be taking a nice cooling off swim in our private swimming, just before dinner.

A perfect family retreat.


The perfect venue for a family retreat. The house is suffciently equipped,with all the holiday luxuries. the pool was cleaned frequenty, the house has all the safety and security features.

Island Living at its Best


Sunset Villa\'s location surpassed my expectations. Its close proximity (walking distance ) to the ocean, minutes drive to everything, combined with its spacious layout makes this villa, one of my best vacation rentals. Katy Ann (housekeeper) went above and beyond to make us feel, not only comfortable, but well taken care of. I will definitely be back next year.

Excellent House. Beautiful and comfortable.


Is the best option for rest with the family. Tobago is a very quiet island. Maybe you can\'t find all the groceries or food in the near supermarket, but you can relax, and go to beautiful beaches, and drink beer. I\'ll recommend this house: clean and well maintained.

Amazing place to stay


This property was so nice to stay at. We had a group of 10 friends that wanted to stay somewhere that would fit all of us. This place easily accommodated 10 adults. It has a pool and a nice big patio out back that over looked the ocean. We had dinner outside on the covered patio every night we were there. They also had the nicest maid, who arranged a local lady to cook us local food. It was wonderful. It was a gated home right about the ocean. I felt safe and Tobago is beautiful. We loved it. It was our first trip there and I would definitely stay in that home again.

Fabulous location


This is a very comfortable family beach house. We had morning dips from a long and gloriously empty beach and then back to the house for breakfast on the shaded dining terrace, watching the pelicans drop into the sea. We had the Sea Horse (one of the best restaurants on the island) at our door as well as a beach bar serving excellent food. We had shops and an ATM and two more restaurants within walking distance. We didn\'t bother with a car. Gus collected us from the airport, waited at the supermarket while we did some shopping and was available to taxi us if we wanted. Katy the housekeeper was helpful, friendly and efficient. If you are looking for bling this probably isn\'t the house for you - it has a real family feel to it and we had the most wonderful family holiday here. The beds were comfortable. We had our own bathrooms. The air con worked fine. The pool was lovely with enough shade to be able to sit beside it all day. We felt peaceful and safe. We would recommend Sunset Reef for anyone wanting a beachside group holiday, the house was really comfortable and the location could not be better.
