Enjoy Florida living at its finest at the Jewel of Solana. Our villa has a custom outdoor poolside kitchen with an 8' granite bar, a new 65" 4K poolside TV and a theater quality 7.1 Dolby 6 speaker outdoor sound system.

Solana is a 24 hour guard gated resort in Davenport, 10 miles from Disney.

Our luxurious 3200 sq. foot villa has 4 master bedrooms, all with memory foam mattresses. 2 rooms have king beds, and 2 have queens. 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds. The living room has a pull out sofa. The 4 master bedrooms all have a 55" wall mounted 4K TV and a Blu-Ray player.

The family room has a reclining sofa and reclining love seat, a 65" 4K TV and Sound Bar,Play Station. Wii, games, and a 100 movie DVD library. All indoor TV's have premium cable.The game room is air conditioned, with an 8' slate pool table and a ping pong table.

There are his and hers golf clubs, games, puzzles, and pool toys for the kids. There are portable chairs for a trip to the beach!. Restaurants, stores, and golf courses are plentiful and convenient.

Great House for Large Family


This house was ideal for my large family... The bedrooms were spacious with private bathrooms and big-screen televisions. It was also a nice bonus to have a crib available for my toddler. The kids (and adults) loved playing pool and ping-pong in the air-conditioned game room AND it was great to have access to the Wii for late night downtime. The best part of the house was the pool area. There was a large overhang that provided ample shade from the Florida Sun, as well as a spacious area to hang out, eat, and play cards. We spent most of our time in the pool! The community was quiet and safe... close to restaurants and activities, but it was nice to be outside of the chaos of Orlando. We had a couple of issues pop-up during our stay (issues out of the control of the homeowner), however, the owners were understanding, professional, easy to communicate with, and went the extra mile to make sure any problems were resolved. We will definitely consider staying here again!!
