En’Sea is within a short 10-minute walk to the nearest beach and water sports, or a 20-minute walk to Front Street, the shopping mecca of the Caribbean. The capital of French Saint Martin, Marigot, is accessible through Link 1, and is only a 20-minute drive away.

Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by an elegantly decorated living area with plush and comfortable furnishings and the amazing views! The main floor offers spacious living & dining area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
The large covered terrace area overlooks the entire Philipsburg harbor and feature a large dining table with seating for 12 persons, a sitting area, as well as a comfortable lounge area to take in the views!
There are two bedrooms on the main level to include a master suite with king size bed and a guest room with a queen size bed.
On the lower level, there are three more bedrooms. The grand master suite offers a king size bed, reading corner, work table, walk-in closet and a large master bathroom with tub. There are two more guest rooms on the lower level, one with a king bed and one with two twin beds.
All bedrooms offer the amazing views of the harbor and bay.
The pool area is wonderful overlooking the views located on the lower level of the villa with ample lounge chairs and sitting areas for you to enjoy.
