Description

The house (only 7 car minutes from Sitges) is very bright and enjoys sunshine from morning to evening! The outside pool is fully private and backs onto the Garraf National Park. In the front garden is a flat lawn with swings for the children. The garden is landscaped with palmtrees and fruit trees and has many little stairs and separate terraces. There are tennis courts within 3 minutes walk. Next to the tenniscourts is a beautiful public pool with lawns and palmtrees. Here you find also a small cafe and you can buy your icecreams! Many hiking possibilities on walking distance!

Nowadays Sitges appeals to everyone from jet setters to young travellers, honeymooners to weekending families, Barcelona night owls to an international crowd. It benefits from a microclimate with an average of 300 days of sunshine a year. There are 17 beautiful sandy beaches, there’s a lively nightlife as well as an impressive range of authentic restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Sitges is also renowned for it’s many Fiestas and awesome firework displays.

End of stay cleaning cost 150 euro. We ask for a refundable deposit of 500 euro, to be paid on arrival. This is fully refundable after your leave providing there is no significant damage or breakages.
The villa is also available for a long term rental period. Ask for information and special rates!

Great stay!


We had a great stay in Olivella. Lovely house, spacious, walking distance to tennis courts. Very friendly owner and his local representative, always available, nothing too much trouble. Perfect for up to two families with 5 spacious rooms (but also great for a family of 5 which we are!). Pool is perfect, especially for children. Several sitting areas in the surrounding garden, both sunny and shady spaces. The location is perfect and a good basis for visiting the nice towns of Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltru (Rambla and old city center has very local atmosphere) and certainly Barcelona. I would certainly recommend it, and we are seriously thinking of returning next year...

very nice, quiet villa for wonderful holiday


Very nicely situated villa in the hilly Catalan country side with the nice and white sandy beaches of Sitges (10 min by car) and the cultural city of Barcelona (35 min by car) nearby. The house was clean and has everything really we needed for our two families to spend a luxurious and wonderful holiday together. We relaxed around the great and quiet pool area or on one of the many terraces surrounding the house. We played tennis (the courts are at a few hundred meters walking distance from the house), organized great BBQ evenings and explored both Sitges, the Cava area - which is only at a 30 minute drive - (I recommend the Cordorniu house!) and had various outings in Sitges and went to Barcelona. The house owners and the local representative were really helpful as well. I really recommend this house for a fun and beautiful family holiday!

Spacious villa with nice garden


This very nice villa is well known to us because we come here every year! We always receive a very good service from the owners and therefore we would like to write this review. We think this is a wonderful villa in a beautiful area nearby Sitges and Barcelona. Supermarkets , beach, nice shops in Villa Nova, everything is easy to reach by car which you definitely need here. It is also great to stay here with two families because there are many bedrooms, large kitchen and two bathrooms. The pool is great and our kids love it and we enjoy the nice chairs on the terrace. We stay most of the time outdoors on the lovely terraces around the house. This house is very spacious and lovely furnished and very clean. Sitges is a 10 minute drive from the house and offers nice shops, restaurants and a lovely beach with a boulevard. We will certainly recommend this house for a nice holiday.

Great villa with amazing space and taste!


From the first day we arrived up until the moment we had the most fantastic time! The house itself was perfect, providing lots of space for everyone to hang out including a very well equipped kitchen and a large living room. The garden was extremely nice and more beautiful than shown on the pictures. The pool area with various terraces was very clean and tidy throughout our entire stay. When we didn\'t spend time relaxing at the pool we went to one of the amazing beaches of Sitges or the beautiful city centre which were both at a 10 minute drive by car. The Villa is a great place to spend time with friends or family. Thanks Charles for making this nice trip possible, we would not hesitate to spend another holiday at your house.
