Lovely Place

Had a quick stay at the Goat Cottage with three friends. We all agreed the place was very charming, and we\'d love to stay there again for longer. Barbara was very nice and accommodating, and the place is very unique and fun with animals all around. It\'s obvious she put in a lot of work to make the space welcoming and fun. Highly recommend.

What an amazing space! It's vacation enough to walk around the grounds and enjoy the art inside!

Lovely, clean, unique space. Barbara is an amazingly accommodating host.

Perfect cottage for an animal lover / artist!!

Very cute cottage with cute goats! You can feed them, and draw them later. The owner will hung your drawing on the wall! Good vibe.

Fun, Clean and a nice hideaway

This is one of the most fun places we have ever stayed. The cottage is delightful and filled with beautiful colors and artistic flair. Barbara has filled the cottage with the most stunning accents and art. You can come alone, as a romantic getaway, or with your entire family! I would also highly suggest it for a \'girls\' weekend. It\'s close to the beach in Tiverton and some nice shopping areas in local Tiverton, Little Compton, and Westport. My husband and I really enjoyed it. The goats are there but not ever present as I had expected, but it wasn\'t about the goats, it was about a nice get away and that was perfect! Thank you Barbara for making our stay lovely. There\'s a full kitchen if you want to cook but enough places nearby to eat out. Go try it and be prepared to have FUN!

The most magical stay!

Every nook and cranny of this luxurious little cottage is a delight! If you want an especially cozy and very funky vacation getaway, then this place is definitely for you. Nestled away in hand designed fairy gardens, goatopia is very private and so magical - the entire group we stayed with all agreed that we wished we could just spend our whole vacation hanging out there. The lovely hostess, Barbara, has thought through every aspect of a beautiful stay - from setting up a guest drawing station, to leaving farm fresh eggs. The whole place has a kind of therapeutic and intensely creative energy - and not for nothing, but it was by far the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in! I also had the particularly special experience of connecting with Barbara. We are both dancers by profession, which quickly got us talking. It wasn\'t until long that I discovered what an openhearted, iridescent joy she is to be around, and her kindness made our stay that much better. The beautiful space she has curated really reflects her generosity. Oh, and make sure you don\'t miss a chance to check out the goats - Barbara can make them do all kinds of tricks and she really lets you get up close and personal!
