Our beautiful modern Townhouse has two floors with 2 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms and a ½ guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room, private balcony, private terrace and a peaceful view of the garden and the pool area.
 
Master bedroom has 1 King and 1 Twin bed, 46’ TV, Walk-in closet, private bathroom and a balcony with a lovely view of the gardens and the pool area. The second bedroom has a Queen and a Twin bed, 43’ TV, Closet and a private Bathroom. Both rooms and bathrooms are fully equipped with towels, linens, sheets, and pillows
 
Fully equipped kitchen with automatic dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and oven, spacious refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, electrical can opener, and appliances for 6 people (Wine, Champagne, and Water glasses Mugs, Plates, Cutting boards, Knifes, Cooking utensils, and more.
 
Worrying about washing your clothes? We have a private laundry room with a washing machine/semi dryer (this is for reservations of 10 days and more, less than 10 days will have an extra charge)
 
Guest access
You will have access to all the commodities of the condominium: Pool, Gym, Hut, and Parking Garage.
 
Interaction with guests
Most of the time we are available 24/7 online or by phone. If we are not around in the island, we have a manager who will take care of everything you will need to be relaxed. Once you booked with us, we will send you Letter of Instruction that contains all contact information.
 
The Neighborhood:
We are located 300 meters away (walking distance) from Eagle Beach, the best beach of Aruba with a perfect view of white sand and crystalline waters. There are tons of water activities you can enjoy
 
Walking distance: Just next to the Townhouse we have a Bike Store and a restaurant called Zuzuroh. In the corner we have Screaming Eagle Restaurant (very famous and delicious). 5 minutes away from a big Golf camp. 10 minutes away from Alambra Mall & Casino (there are some restaurants and food chains like subway, Juan Valdez Café, Dunkin Donuts…)
 
By Car: we are located 10 minutes away from Downtown. 5 minutes away from the Hotel Zone (with a street full of restaurants, bars, clubs, and casinos…). 5 minutes away from Super Food (which is a huge grocery store)
 
Getting around:
There is no need to rent a car. If you are looking for an adventure take a tour for the island with an ATV, horse, or bike!!. If you are looking to relax just take a taxi from the airport and enjoy, there is good public transportation if you want to go anywhere.
 
Our townhouse is next to a bus station that will take you all over the island! Beaches, shopping centers, casinos, restaurants, and more
 
There are taxis too!!, in case you don't want to wait or if you want to go out at night.
 
In the case you decide to rent a Car, we have a private parking place set just for you.

Great place to stay near Eagle Beach


This is a spacious, immaculate and well-furnished 2BR two-story townhouse with a shaded back patio, easy access to a nice pool, located in a very pleasant medium-sized complex. It is fully equipped (everything from linens to kitchen to beach toys), and has an extra sink outside the front door, along with a small charcoal grille. \"Steps to the beach\" is somewhat of an exaggeration: you can see Eagle Beach from the street in front of the complex, but it\'s a solid 5-minute walk to get there. All in all, a great deal.

Excellent stay for a family vacation!


A great family vacation! The moment we walked in we felt like home. It was a pleasure to meet with Dirima, she was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly and showed us around. She made us feel comfortable and safe. The host Leon was a pleasure to speak with - he was available to answer all my questions, by phone and email. The house is in excellent condition and is exactly as described. It has everything and above to ensure a comfortable stay. Towels, kitchen utensils, and real wine glasses! We had everything we needed for the beach - towels, chairs, cooler included. We didn\'t want to rent a car because the taxis are very cheap in Aruba. Everywhere we went by taxi was between $8-12. A great and safe location and within minutes, we were at the beach. Great value for the price. We would stay here every time we come back to Aruba!
