This beautiful villa was built in solid construction and completely renovated in 2012, now in May 2017 the whole house was renovated on the outside! The Villa Casa Pearl is located in one of the best residential areas in the southwest of Cape Coral near Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point Marina on a 1000 sq. Ft. Off-water property. Shopping and shopping possibilities can be reached by car or bike in the shortest possible time.

Especially during the winter months, long-term tenants are very welcome, please ask for them.
 
For bookings, we prefer the personal contact, with the correct rental agreement which includes all costs and taxes and your transfer to our German or American account, the deposit will be refunded immediately after your stay over the same way! In this way, we keep costs as low as possible for all parties involved!

The above prices are valid for minimum occupancy for two persons, for each additional person a daily rate of 8.-€ ($10). will be charged. One child up to 10 years old can travel for free. Each additional one is calculated normally. Final cleaning by appointment. When carried out by our team, a lump sum in the following staggered amount applies: with 2 persons 175,00 € ($214) from 4 persons 200,00 € ($245) from 6 persons 250,00 € ($305). It will be shown on booking only the basic price! For more guests than 2 people, we deduct the surcharge of the final cleaning of the deposit. The rental price is a power consumption of $ 5.00 per day calculated, which with normal reasonable use air conditioning / heating is always sufficient! In case of significant deviation, we reserve the right to make an additional calculation of the consumption.

Fantastic holiday villa with the best equipment


We were this summer with seven people (three children, or young people) three weeks in this beautiful holiday home and we came out of wonder no more out :-) We were surprised how clean and well maintained this house was waiting for our arrival and there were no wishes left. All rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, terrace, pool, grill - it was all well maintained, clean and prepared - we really had everything you need for a dream holiday in Florida. We were already provided in advance by email in detail with information about the house, environment, shopping u. Excursion possibilities, it was a German speaking manager for us on site, who visited us on the first day and explained everything and answered our questions and we felt from the first to the last minute super well in the house!

Well maintained holiday home in a quiet environment


This was our 6th vacation home in Cape Coral. All the houses have been very good so far, each has its highlights. The Casa Pearl was very clean and everything was tidied up. The contact with the homeowner and on-site supervisor was impeccable, fast and uncomplicated. This holiday home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Even though it lies at the western end of the Cape Coral car, I never found the way to go. You will find everything in the immediate vicinity; Publix, gas station, fast food and restaurants. As described, the beds were really comfortable. The split on 2 floors is very rare in Cape Coral, we found this good. The pool area is very large, you have a lot of space around the pool, also covered in the shade or protected from a thunderstorm rain. The grill is great! The road is very quiet, neighbors we almost never saw. I can recommend this holiday home to 100%.

Great "get-a-way"


Four active \"senior\" ladies looking for a \"retreat\" found it here. House lovely, pool inviting, beds dreamy, kitchen well equipped (needs a grater); Gunter very helpful, restaurants in area yummy. We did take-out (one of us was recuperating from surgery) and it was very good. We already said we want to go back and make it an annual event.
