When comparing prices, please keep in mind that our prices already include the mandatory taxes (11%) - this is the case with many other properties. Several times a year, as owners, we make holidays in our house and ensure that the standard of the house remains at a high level. Our guests should be satisfied today as well as in the future and would like to come back.
 
The GOLFER's DELIGHT - invites you to relax and dream!
 
The entrance leads into the open, modern and comfortably furnished living room with electric fireplace. In the relaxed ambience of the cozy and lovingly designed living room with comfortable sofa and 50 'flat screen TV (over 150 different programs, including German Bundesliga) can be wonderfully switched off and forget the daily monotony. The sliding doors in the living room to the pool area can be opened completely. The bedrooms have flat screen TVs between 42 "and 50". In the Media Room (with pull-out queen-size sofa bed) provide a 50 'flat screen TV and a premium Bose Dolby surround sound system for cinema atmosphere.
 
The master bedroom has a bath en suite, with bath, walk in shower, double sink and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a separate bathroom with bath / shower and toilet.
 
The sun shines from sunrise to sunset on the electrically heated pool and the deck with loungers, umbrellas and outdoor shower. There you can be protected by a screen, with views of the water and the nature, spend hours relaxing and cozy evenings at the barbecue (Weber grill) spend with your loved ones.
 
Practical things include a high quality, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a small office equipped with wireless internet printer, a small utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and a double garage with direct access to the house.
 
Wi-Fi in the entire building area is self-evident. In the office you have a combi boiler for printing, copying / scanning and available.
 
For sports activities two bicycles are available for you. Beach utensils such. B. Cool box, beach chairs and beach umbrella are of course free of charge. Golf sets can be rented at the respective location for a small fee.
 
"The GOLFER'S DELIGHT" is a non-smoking accommodation which can accommodate max. offers up to four guests. Built in 2007 on a nearly 1,200 square meters of land directly on the canal in a south facing position opposite the Coral Oaks Golf Course. In 2012 we bought the villa, completely renovated, brand new, high quality and tastefully furnished and fitted the pool. The house has been rented privately by us since May 2012.
 
The pictures were made by us and are taken with normal camera settings and not - as with most holiday homes - with fisheye wide-angle lenses that "sugerieren" a gigantic size.
 
On-site support is provided by our reliable and very helpful German property management. This will visit you the day after your arrival in order to carry out a detailed briefing. She is at your side during your entire stay with words and deeds.

Terms & Conditions

The renter has to treat the object carefully and is obliged to report all demages immediately to the property manager. Damages (e.g. at technical equipment, furniture, carpets, walls etc.) have to be paid respectively and can be compensated with the security deposit. Also the renter has to report damages being discovereed within the first 24 hours after arrival, otherwise he is responsible for those damages even if not caused by himself. In case of technical problems the renter has also to contact the property manager immediately for solving or fixing such problems. Within the bounds of reasonability the renter has the duty to help as much as possible to keep the level of damage low.

If non-swimmer are present (especially small children) the renter is obliged to install the safety fenc around the pool. At any time the renter has to grant access to the garden and the pool-area for the garden- and the pool-service.

The renter further is responsible for the cleanliness of the object and has to leave it in a proper form at the departure day. Kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, glass ware etc as well as oven and grill are not part of the final cleaning. In case the renter does not comply with this agreement this additional cleaning will be made at extra charges.

The renter by himself is responsible for the compliance with passport-, visa-, currency- and health regulations. All disadvantages that might result by not obeying such regulations are at his account.

 

 

 

 

Arrival and departure

The hand-over of the keys depends on the agreement between renter and propert manager. Usually the object is available from 4 p.m. at the date of arrival. Earlier times normally are not possible.

At the date of departure the renter has to leave the object until 10.00 a.m. Other arrangements must be in the written form. For the hand-over of the object at the date of departure the renter has to arrange a time with the property manager at least 2 days before.

 

Security Deposit

The security deposit is not included in the rental amount. The security deposit (US$ 500.00) has to be paid no later than at Check-In via cashier´s check or cash in US$.

It stands as security for eventual damages at the object itself or other facilities of the object.

The deposit will be refunded at Check-Out or within 4 weeks after departure. However, the return of the amount of security does not exclude justifiable compensations for damages at a later time.

 

Payments

25% of the rental amount is due within 10 days after signing the contract. The rest of the total rental amount and the cleaning fee is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

Payments must be drawn on US funds and be paid by to the order of "Josef Steindl" . Please take care about the correct spelling of the names. Costs caused by delayed payments are at the expenses of the tenant.

 

Extra charges

Included in the rental fee are the costs for house instruction, water, as well as fees for waste disposal, cable TV, high-speed internet, local phone calls and the costs for pool- and garden- service. An electric fee of KWH 230.00 per week is already included in the rental rate. Additional consumption will be charged on use up until departure ($0,15/KWH). If the cleaning service needs to clean the grill, there is a US$ 50,00 extra charge to be paid directly to the property manager at check-out. We recommend that you always clean the grill after use for hygienic reasons.

 

Changes in booking and cancellation

Changes in booking after closing of the contract are considered as cancellation and renewal that means cancellation terms are applied. Should the renter cancel the contract see the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation till 49 days prior to arrival       : 25% of total rental amount

Cancellation 48-35 days prior to arrival       : 40% of total rental amount

Cancellation 34-21 days prior to arrival       : 60% of total rental amount

Cancellation 20 days or  prior to arrival       : 100% of total rental amount

 

The cancellation charge due will be reduced if the vacation home is rented to another tenant for the same/or longer time period with similar rental amount.

To protect against the loss of your rental payments a travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Withdrawel or cancellation - also partially - has to be in written form. Decisive for the time limits is the incoming date of the document at the owner of the house.

A later reduction of number of vacationers or an earlier ending of the vacation does not lead to a reduction of the original rental fee. The lesser also does not grant any reimbursements in case of cancellation of the vacation or early departure because of bad weather conditions. The clause is also valid in case of announced hurricanes or flooding.

In this regard it is recommended to conclude travel cancellation insurance.

 

Pets/Non-Smoking

Pets are not allowed in the house or anywhere on the lot, except in case there is a special agreement by the lessor. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. However, smoking on the patio is allowed when doors to the living-room are closed. If the renter doesn´t comply with that he is responsible for all damages which arrise from that ( AC cleaning is about $ 300,00).

It's true - this house is different from the others


Have you ever searched for the pin in a haystack? We searched: south-facing, waterfront, modern furnishings, without direct neighbors. After a long search, we found the pin however: The Villa Golfer\'s Delight, rural, comfortable and since there are no direct neighbors, we had definitely our peace, \"disturbed\" we were at most by jumping fish or the ducks begging for food passed. Also turtles and even a crocodile we could observe in the channel, yes pure nature. The terrace is very large, equipped with chairs, umbrella and a dining area, the pool suitable for swimming. The interior values ??of the villa were perfect too. The rooms are very large and comfortable, of high quality, very well maintained, with a lot of charm and pikobello clean. The kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired and my hobby chef had nothing to criticize. Thank you very much for the fact that there is a Nesspresso machine in the house, so we did not have to give up our usual coffee enjoyment. And then of course I have to mention the great Weber Grill - Hammer, we prepared many great steaks and seafood on it many times and ended the day with a glass of wine on the terrace! And if we did not want to cook ourselves, we just drove to the nearby Pine Island Road and ate there in one of the many restaurants. We especially enjoyed eating \"burger\" at Foster\'s Grill, but Outback Steakhouse and Olive Garden are also highly recommended, to name a few. A Publix supermarket with infinite selection is only 5 minutes away, where we got everything we wanted. The Coral Oaks golf course is virtually on the doorstep, it is in our opinion one of the most beautiful places in Cape Coral and the surrounding area. But there are many more golf courses nearby, eg. B. Royal Tee Golfcourse (about 5 -7 minutes by car) for each handicap the right thing. All in all, we enjoyed the northwest of Cape Coral as a starting point - everything everyday can be reached in a few minutes by car. And also the bridges to Fort Myers can be used free of charge. The fact that apart from a few beach trips, we spent almost exclusively in \"our little paradise\", says it all. In short, in our opinion, the lovingly furnished house meets every demand.

Florida holidays in a class of its own


We (family with 2 children and amateur golfers) booked the Golfers delight in early November 2014 for 2 weeks. After we had compared several holiday homes and villas on the Internet, we decided for Golfers delight, because we especially the size, the location and the decor was the best. In the apron, the booking was very uncomplicated, the landlord very friendly and helpful and gave us also good tips for the area with regard to restaurants, shopping, excursions, bike rides (bicycles are available). When we arrived we were completely impressed by our holiday home. Extremely clean, bright and friendly, great new tasteful decor without cheap furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge with all chicanes. The living room modern furnished with a large screen TV (many German programs including sports, even the Bundesliga, important for our son), the bedrooms as well with TV screens (enthusiasm for the kids). A highlight is the terrace with the heated swimming pool and adjacent channel with turtles and flying fish. Here we spent most of the time, be it for breakfast or especially in the evening after the barbecue (for fans a large Webergrill available). In the area (shopping) we found ourselves thanks to the advance tips of our landlord very quickly cope-car is of course as everywhere in Florida required. However, very good restaurants in the area are easily accessible. For excursions Cape Coral is ideal (Sanibel Island, Everglades, Tampa, as well as a crazy day trip by speedboat from Fort Meyers to Key West and of course once the opposite golf course). We are sure to come back for a very relaxing holiday with the whole family or even with friends for a golf vacation (opposite hole nine you could swim across the channel-seemed to us but not so advisable because of the crocodiles in the channel).

Only one word: perfect!


We spent in June with 4 people 15 days holiday in this house. The equipment leaves no, but really nothing to be desired. The entire decor and equipment has been selected with taste and makes even the discerning guest more than satisfied. We would recommend this property to our best friends! The quiet location should not go unmentioned, because it is a guarantee for a pleasant night. Small tip to the end: The best shopping is the 5 kilometers away Publix with its very customer-friendly opening times.

Everything you could ask for!!!!


This vacation home was truly awesome! The pictures don’t do it justice on line, you really have to see how beautiful it is for yourself when you walk through the front door! The lani was totally private and it was relaxing to sit on it anytime if the morning, day and or evening! Erik the property manager was wonderful and accommodating, we had to meet with him and he worked around our vacation plans! The house had everything you would and do need for your vacation from dishes, pots and plans to linens and towels. There are bikes to use and chairs to take to the beach if you wish to as well! My husband and I traveled between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda and it was very easy to get to both places from this vacation rental! You will not be sorry if you book this wonderful home!
