This unique house overlooks the ocean/inlet under the Fripp Island bridge in the exclusive area of River Club. This 2 bedroom house boasts a guest house a few steps across the deck with 2 more bedroomsl. Families can enjoy time together in the main house cooking in the large kitchen or quiet time in the guest house watching the flat screen TV. The main house has a wet bar, living room facing the ocean/inlet and TV area. The screened in porch is large enough for the entire family!
 
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.
 
Also included with your rental are up to 8 guest cards, with a value of up to $400. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
