Welcome to The Casa Grande in the Intra Coastal Waterway fronting town of Palm Coast Florida. Palm Coast is approx. 2 miles from the ocean, located midway between St Augustine (35 min) and Daytona Beach (30 min). Convenient ( 1 ½ hrs.) to the resort fun of Disney at Orlando and (20 min) to popular Flagler Beach with its nightlife and restaurants and fishing pier and beautiful sandy beach.
 
Peaceful, quiet, comfortable The Casa Grande is located in the Pine Lakes section of Palm Coast minutes away from Walmart, CVS Drug store, Kohl’s Department Store, Super Target, Lowes, a major hospital and a variety of fine restaurants, the music of the European Village and the surf and sand of nearby Flagler Beach.
 
As you enter through the double front doors you are immediately welcomed into the step down living room with ample seating for 8, a fireplace and a view through the double French doors to the huge solar heated pool.
 
The Casa Grande solar heated pool offers privacy in a Spanish style setting where you can also dine in comfort with seating for 8 and enjoy a fine steak using the brand new stainless steel grill or just bask in the Florida sunshine or lounge in the provided lounges.
 
The fully appointed unusually large kitchen area with its stainless steel appliances, double oven and 2 microwaves has an adjoining breakfast room with table and chairs. Also there is a built in desk and office chair for you to use to work on your laptop if you need to do this.
 
If you want something more formal, you can set a lovely meal in the beautiful dining room using the fine china provided for such an occasion .
 
The Casa Grande features 4 fully appointed bedrooms. The large Master Bedroom has a king size bedroom set and a 55” flat screen television with 2 comfortable recliners so you can put your feet up and relax after a fun day at the beach and enjoy a movie, Bedroom #2 features a full queen size bed room set and another flat screen smart television. Just off the kitchen and the pool with a view of the pool area is Bedroom #3 with a queen sized bed, Bedroom #4 features twin beds. All 4 bedrooms have closets.
 
Need to keep in touch? We provide WI FI connection. Parking for 4 normal cars is available on the wide driveway. Currently the garage is NOT available as it contains the owners belongings. This will change with time so inquire for clarification when you book your vacation or when your arrival gets closer. Keeping fully booked as we have been doing does not allow the time needed to process the contents. of the garage.
 
Is golf your vice? Palm Coast has 5 golf courses including one of the best in Florida 5 minutes away, the beautiful Pine Lakes Country Club with its Arnold Palmer designed course. Another favorite is the Palm Harbor Golf Club 15 minutes away.
 
There are enough places to explore and unique experiences to enjoy in and near Palm Coast to keep you occupied here for more than a month.

Best vacation ever!


Georgeous home located in a wonderful neighborhood near almost everything, this property has it all. The heated pool was refreshingly warm even during cooler weather, and the spacious rooms and practical layout of the house allowed our family to feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire week. Bob and Judy Grant were very attentive to our needs, and answered all of our questions as gracious hosts. We look forward to returning to this property someday very soon!

Nice and quiet place for a vacation with plenty of room


Our family had a nice vacation for the 9 of us! It was so nice to have all the room the Casa Grande provides! The pool was nice but a little cool due to the colder weather prior to our arrival but once things heat up the solar system will do a great job! We especially enjoyed the proximity to Flagler Beach and the many golf courses.

Casa Grande was a great place to stay. We were in town to visit family & the property was in a perfect location. Daytona & St. Augustine are just a short drive away. The neighborhood is quiet & relaxing.
