This luxurious new construction directly on the ocean is a safe haven at only 20 minutes from Freeport. It's the ideal place to relax and get away from your everyday fast life. The Turtle Reef area is very quiet and secluded: You'll be the only ones to enjoy the ocean and the white sandy private beach or the private pool. If you prefer to party all day or all night: we have no objections. After all you are on vacation!!!  A car will be put at your disposal at no extra cost. (2015 Suzuki Grand Vitara)
 
You will appreciate that this ecological house runs mostly on solar power. This house is also equipped with a very advanced water filtration system. 
 
This residence offers 2 upstairs bedrooms, each with en suite full bathrooms and one haft bath. It has a full kitchen and  all the appliances and all the accessories are new and you have all that you need at your disposal to cook a great meal. . There's 2 other bedrooms on the ground floor with a shared full bathroom.  There's also a Landry room with all the products you could need. 
 
Our house is your house!!! You have access to the whole property, the private beach, the ocean, the private pool. 
We live in the house next door, so we are available to cater to every guest's needs and adapt to most situations. 
We also have a luxurious boat with captain that can be made available (for an extra fee) for private excursions. 
 
***Naturist are welcomed***  You can enjoy this haven of peace to indulge in this way of life.

Great stay and great host


Gilles is a great host providing superb services at his Bahamas villa. Free port transfer and all-possible add-ons made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa was perfectly clean and very well equipped so we had all that we needed. Is is directly at a wonderful beach so ideal for a relaxing stay with friends. Dont believe the pictures, the reality is much better :-)!

Beautiful property and Gilles was great!


Our group of 10 had a great time at the house. Gilles was the most hands on and helpful owner I have been involved with. I highly recommend taking the boat out at least one day. It was definitely the highlight of our trip. The house is a little far from town but we enjoyed being out by ourselves away from it all.

A great hide away to relax and enjoy


Gilles and Tatiana are great people and go out of their way to make your stay amazing. I can\'t say enough good things about all the help they gave us in planning our trip and logistics once we arrived. The house and the location are great. If you are looking to run into lots of strangers, listen to your neighbors music, and fight for a space on the beach this is not the place for you. The beach is pretty much private, I saw 2 people walk by once in a week and another 5 in the distance one day. This is a place to go and relax, enjoy the company of friends and family . The drive to town is 15-20 minutes depending who\'s driving ;-) There are plenty of places to sea and play along the way. Freeport was quiet even during February break so every aspect of the trip was relaxing. I recommend the boat ride with Gilles and Tatiana if you have time. I highly recommend this property.
