CARLTON VILLA is an impressively spacious 2 storey , 5 bedroom 3 bathroom detached Villa with private pool that overlooks the Lake and fountain. Hampton Lakes is located on US HWY 27S in Davenport Florida. The ground floor has two master suites one to the front of the property and one to the rear, one has a King bed, the other has a Queen bed. As you enter the villa you walk into the beautifully furnished lounge and dining room, and then through to the fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and many utensils to those occasional "cook in" days easier. Adjacent to the kitchen you have the family lounge with TV, Video and Music center. This room has plenty of comfortable seating. From here the patio doors lead onto the cool decking area around the screened pool, this area is furnished with plenty of lovely pool furniture. The pool area is not overlooked and from here you can watch the beautiful Florida Sunsets. The pool can be heated for those cooler winter days. Upstairs there is one twin bedded room, one queen sized room with sofa and a third bedroom which has bunk beds ( 1 full and twin)and 1 single bed. There is a bathroom on this floor. This house has a large washer/dryer and is furnished with all linen, towels, hairdryer, in fact everything that will make your vacation a comfortable experience. Hampton Lakes has communal facilities which include a swimming pool, children's play area, 2 x tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts and a landscaped BBQ area.
