Rooms are air conditioned as is the living room. Dining room table seats four. Condo is equipped with games, books, videos and beach toys.
 
The condo provides cable, WiFi, gas BBQ, outdoor dining table and sitting area. View of a lush tropical forest from the deck.
 
El Yunque national rainforest is 10 minutes away. Ferries to Culebra and Vieques islands in nearby Fajardo (20-30 min.). Forts and sightseeing in old San Juan 45 minutes. With new toll road, the airport is only 30 minutes away.
 
Local activities in the area include horseback riding, surfing, go carts, snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, hiking, boogie boarding, relaxing.
