The space
Our fully furnished home has queen beds in each rooms, spacious relaxing living room and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your requirements. While you are relaxing and requires private catering, housekeeping or a rental car we can make arrangements for you.

You will find internet, beach towels, hairdryer, beach chairs and umbrella

There are 2 Ferry boats from Provo to North Caicos:-

Monday to Saturday 6:30am to 5:00pm
Sunday’s and Holidays 8:30am to 3:30pm

Saturday and Holidays 8:30am to 4:30pm
 
Mosquitoes and sand flies can be a nuisance most time so please pack lots of mosquitoes repellent!!

Wonderful stay!!


Our family had a wonderful stay in this fabulous home. Location was perfect. All recommendations were spot on and the beaches were stunning. Home was clean, comfortable, safe and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy complete relaxation and privacy.

Marilyn was great about organizing a rental for me and also gave some local tips. I appreciated that but the house wasn’t next to any beach you’d want to go to (polluted, no sand, kinda slummy). I felt like it was advertised a little falsely on AirBnb, with the great pictures of beaches not really manifesting. That being said, she was great at helping out for the first two days. On the third and final day of my stay, she wasn’t responding at all and that irked me. She didn’t respond to any of my inquiries about how to extend the time for my car rental. I had to get the rental owner’s number from a neighbor and then do all that stuff on my own, despite Marilyn being able to clearly do it. Overall, the house was fine and while the host could’ve been more responsive, I’d recommend it to most people.

Tremendous home. 2 spacious air-conditioned rooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well-stocked and the living room is relaxing. Marilyn is very helpful and quite quick to respond.

We loved Marilyn’s place


We loved Marilyn’s place. This was our first time in an Airbnb. I was a little nervous on what to expect after reading reviews on North Caicos. We normally do all inclusive resorts. Thought we would try something new. The host was very responsive and John was also. She answered all my questions. The villa was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked our meals. Lots of towels and a comfy mattress. We felt very comfortable. The place is walking distance to AL’s groceries. I brought most items in my luggage as the island is very expensive. Dards grocery was excellent. We found a fisherman close by and mainly had fish. The villa is a very short drive to the few restaurants. We ate at Princess Take out. We were told Frank’s place is great for lunch (fish fingers). North Caicos is a true get away from it all. Go to Pumpkin Bluff, my favorite beach. We visited a different beach every day. Car rental a must. I never got bitten by mosquitoes or sand flies but still bring repellant. Some of the most beautiful beaches await you.
