A former farm building in the courtyard of a splendid fortified property dating from 1010, once a hunter’s lodge and more recently a working farm. The holiday property stands just inside the entrance to the ‘domaine’ but, for more privacy, access is possible via the pretty garden at the rear. It has been nicely converted, with floor tiles throughout and the original old beams retained. In every way suitable for a family holiday in pleasant countryside, it is close to the River Loire and within easy reach of the vineyards of Pouilly and Sancerre. The village of St Sulpice with a bakers is 3km away and simple shopping, summer pool and tennis can be found 8km in Benin-d’Azy, whilst Nevers, 18km, offers all facilities.

Approximate distance to Paris, Orly airport is 238 km.
Ground floor: Hall. Open-plan living/dining room with glass-fronted fire and corner kitchen. Double bedroom. Twin bedroom with additional child’s bed. Bathroom with separate shower (no WC). Separate WC.
Enclosed rear garden, central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, gas/electric cooker, microwave, highchair, table tennis, barbecue, private parking for 2 cars.
